Terms & Conditions

THE TENANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm reservation.
2. Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 12 noon.
3. Only the number of people stated on the booking agreement to occupy the premises.
4. Children are to be supervised at all times.
5. Strictly no pets allowed.
6. Strictly no parties allowed.
7. All linen and towels are supplied.
8. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to tenants personal effects.
9. Lost keys or after hours calls will incur a $50 charge.
10. All breakages and damage must be reported and paid for by the tenants.
11. Rowdy behaviour or ill treatment of the property will not be tolerated.
12. The telephone is not for tenants use.
13. The property must be left in a neat and tidy condition, as found on arrival, or tenants will be charged additional fees for excess cleaning.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation a $30 administration fee will apply.

Bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to dates booked:
FULL REFUND LESS ADMINISTRATION FEE

Bookings cancelled 59 days to 30 days prior to dates booked:
50% REFUND LESS ADMINISTRATION FEE

Bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to dates booked:
NO REFUND
